Hosted MCP server: try Fairquery’s agent tools in one command
Short answer: Fairquery runs a hosted MCP server at https://mcp.getfairquery.com/mcp. It speaks Streamable HTTP, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other remote MCP clients connect with just the URL. It has 21 tools: 15 free tools need no account or token, 5 paid tools run Fairquery’s public Apify Actors with your own Apify token, billed by Apify per 1,000 results, and jobs_search_companies is temporarily offline and not billed. In Claude Code it is one command:
claude mcp add --transport http fairquery https://mcp.getfairquery.com/mcpWhat it is
The hosted server bundles the free tools from our two npm MCP servers, @fairquery/agent-trust-mcp and @fairquery/company-jobs-feed-mcp, behind one URL. Nothing to install and no Node.js needed. The free tools cover PII and secret scanning and redaction, email syntax checks, OSV vulnerability lookups, a static list of covered sanctions sources, a pre-check of an MCP server’s tool list, and live jobs from public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards, plus Personio, Pinpoint or Gem boards you name. The paid tools add sanctions screening, email deliverability checks, document-level PII scanning and dependency audits. Multi-company job search (jobs_search_companies) is temporarily offline and not billed.
Check that it is up with one command:

claude mcp add --transport http fairquery https://mcp.getfairquery.com/mcp \

Claude (web and desktop)
- Go to Customize > Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste
https://mcp.getfairquery.com/mcpas the remote MCP server URL. - Choose no sign-in. The server doesn’t use OAuth.
- For paid tools, if your dialog has a Request headers field, add
X-Apify-Tokenwith your Apify token. Leave it out to use free tools only.
On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds custom connectors for the organization. Claude’s Free plan allows one custom connector.
ChatGPT
- On ChatGPT on the web, open Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
- Enter a name and, under Connection, the server URL
https://mcp.getfairquery.com/mcp. - Choose No authentication, review the risk warning, and create the plugin.
- Install it, then type
@in a chat and pick it.
ChatGPT’s custom-server settings offer OAuth or no authentication (checked 2026-10-25), and this server doesn’t support OAuth or take a token any other way, so in ChatGPT you get the free tools only. Text you send to the free tools goes to our hosted server (see our Privacy Notice). Workspace permissions in ChatGPT may also limit who can add a custom server.

Prefer running it locally?
The npm servers run the same free tools on your own machine and wait longer for paid runs: npx -y @fairquery/agent-trust-mcp or npx -y @fairquery/company-jobs-feed-mcp (Node.js 20 or later).
Tools and prices
Free (no account, no token): pii_list_detectors, pii_scan_text, pii_redact_text, pii_restore_text, email_check_syntax, sanctions_list_sources, osv_query_packages, osv_get_vulnerability, mcp_server_precheck, jobs_get_board, jobs_get_job, jobs_find_board, jobs_check_open, jobs_list_seed_boards, jobs_search_by_location. mcp_server_precheck is free unless you set auditDependencies, which runs the paid OSV audit.
Paid (your Apify token, billed by Apify): prices per 1,000 events from each Actor’s live Apify pricing, checked 2026-10-25. The hosted server adds no fee of its own. See all Fairquery tools and prices.

a Start fee: $7.00 per 1,000 runs (Apify’s apify-actor-start event, once per call at the default memory), not included in the per-name prices. b Start fee: $0.05 per 1,000 runs (Apify’s apify-actor-start event, once per call at the default memory), not included in the prices above. trust_screen_lead starts both Actors, so each call carries both start fees. Error rows are not charged. On Apify’s pricing page the Free plan reads “$5 to spend in Apify Store or on your own Actors”, listed as $5 / month.
Limits
- Each paid call stops the Actor run after 20 seconds. A run that hits the limit may return partial or no results, and Apify may still charge the start fee and any results produced before it stopped. We haven’t confirmed how Apify bills a timed-out run. Keep batches small, and use the npm servers or the Actor on Apify for large jobs. If a call times out, your agent may retry it, and each retry is a new run with its own start fee.
- Free tools run on our hosted server on Cloudflare Workers, so the text you send them leaves your machine. The server is designed not to store your inputs, results or Apify token, and our code doesn’t log them. Cloudflare keeps its own connection logs. See our Privacy Notice.
- Sanctions screening covers five public lists (OFAC SDN, OFAC Consolidated, EU, UK and UN) and is a screening aid, not legal advice.
- Jobs come only from public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby board APIs, plus a Personio account’s XML feed, a Pinpoint company subdomain’s public postings feed or a Gem job board’s public Job Board API when you name it. LinkedIn, Workday, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Rippling are not supported.
- Some MCP directories ask for a GitHub repository when you submit a server. Our source is a public mirror on GitLab, so you may not find this server in every directory yet.
FAQ
Do I need an account to try the hosted MCP server?
No, not for the free tools. The 15 free tools need no account, sign-in or token. The 5 paid tools need your own Apify account and Apify API token, sent with each request as X-Apify-Token or Authorization: Bearer.
Who bills me for paid tools?
Apify does. A paid tool runs a public Fairquery Actor in your Apify account with your token, and Apify charges that account at the Actor’s Apify Store price. Prices are per 1,000 results and differ by Apify plan.
Can I use the paid tools in ChatGPT?
Not today. ChatGPT’s custom-server settings offer OAuth or no authentication (OpenAI docs, checked 2026-10-25), and this server doesn’t support OAuth or take a token any other way than a request header, so in ChatGPT you get the free tools only. For paid tools, use a client that can send a header, such as Claude Code, Cursor or a Claude connector with a Request headers field.
How is the hosted server different from the npm servers?
It offers the same free tools and the same paid Actors without installing anything. Three differences: a paid call on the hosted server stops the Actor run after 20 seconds (the npm servers wait up to 300 seconds), and a run that hits the limit may still be charged, so keep batches small; mcp_server_precheck can’t read files from your disk; and text you pass to the free tools is processed on the hosted server rather than on your machine. If text must stay on your machine, run npx -y @fairquery/agent-trust-mcp locally.
Is the source code public?
Yes. The server is MIT-licensed, and its source is published as a public mirror on GitLab. Some MCP directories ask for a GitHub repository when a server is submitted, so not every directory lists this server yet. The endpoint is the same either way.
Is a sanctions screen through MCP a compliance decision?
No. The sanctions tools are a screening aid, not a compliance programme, a certified screening service or legal advice. A person should review every potential match against the official source, and a "no match" result is not a clearance.
